Sale must occur after April 1 of the 2yo year — not a lease
Nominate within 30 days of registration transfer

Paid directly to the winner when the champion is in that year's SSA. If not enrolled, the $10,000 rolls into that year's WMF jackpots — 75% to the winners and 25% to the stallion owner of each winning WMF class.
