Weanling Nomination Form

DUE DECEMBER 1 - This is the form you need to nominate your stallions, dams and weanlings.

NOTE: If you are nominating a 2010 foal, please indicate the year on the form. You will also need to pay yearling fees. A late fee of $300, not including alumni fees, should be added to the weanling, dam, sire (if applicable), office and yearling fees. To make a yearling current in the alumni program, add $150 to all other fees. The latest time any horse can be nominated to the futurity program is December 31 of their yearling year.

Eligibility Form

DUE APRIL 1 - This is the form you will need to renew your yearlings, two year olds, three year olds or four year olds.

Show Form

DUE AUGUST 1 - This is the form you will need to declare which horses you will be showing at the Grand National in the World Morgan Futurity classes. Horses will also need to be entered on the official Grand National entry blank and sent to the GN Secretary.
